2014 PHILADELPHIA LEATHER PRIDE NIGHT - SATURDAY NOVEMBER 8, 2014
Join us for our 6th annual Philadelphia Leather Pride Night.... winner of the 2012 Pantheon of Leather Event of the Year and producer of the 2014 Leather Leadership Conference. Our evening will once again take place inside Voyeur Nightclub located in the heart of Philadelphias gayborhood. Returning for her 6th year is our million dollar auctioneer Jo Arnone. With her booming voice we have been able to raise and donate out over $54,000 to our charities.
Our live auction consists of items across the spectrum...everything from Opera tickets, event passes, leather and fetish clothing, adult themed toys, equipment, books, art, jewelry and always a few special surprise items.
Our silent auction will be run by Philadelphia's oldest and still active munch group - The Gate Munch. They have been part of PLPN since its inception in 2009. Bootblacking will be available all night on our main floor with Wicked Jade and a local crew of fabulous bootblacks. We have a special guest bootblack this year - 2014 International Community Bootlback Ed. Keep your eyes out for members of the Philadelphia Leather Alliance, ONYX,Queer Leather Alliance, Jersey Amazons, Philadephians MC and multiple other clubs and club members from around the region and beyond.
Each year we bring in a a guest Emcee or two for the event. This year our Emcees are Mistress Sandra and babygirl from Asbury Park NJ. Mistress Sandra and babygirl are rock stars in our leather women's community from the New Jersey shore. Mistress Sandra is a mentor, trainer and owner/operator of MyLeatherFetish.com. Babygirl is Ms NJ Leather 2013, teaches Self Defense, founder of R.O.A.R. and co-owner/operator of MyLeatherFetish.com.
Making a special appearance will be our current International Mr Leather Ramien from Washington DC and current International Ms Leather Patty from Toronto. They are also our feature speakers at the pre-event dinner - "An Intimate Conversation With..."
We bring in entertainment every year to make the night magical. Once again we will have a fire spinning show otuside our venue then opening the night is Bruce Michael Gelbert followed by the amazing performers with the Liberty City Kings. Featured entertainment during the night is the NJ leather women band Chix Without Stix. They are sure to please the crowd. Our entertainment this year is off the hook!
Did we mention every year we offer Free Pizza as well??
Attire for the evening is Dress as you please "street legal" We are in a nightclub after all. Leather, fetish, kink, levi, pony, pup, rubber, etc.. don't have any of these outfits...thats ok... remember we will have many of these items in our live auction and you can pick up something to wear for next years event.

The Leather Archives and Museum - located in Chicago but serving the world.. the LA%M protects and preserves the history of our leather and kink communities.
The William Way Center - Philadelphia's LGBT Center located at 1315 Spruce Street
Change Philly Today - A Safehaven for LGBT Youth Their goal is to provide a safe haven for LGBT youth, to provide educational opportunities, help with job searches, nutritional education and community outreach. They also will provide sex education pertinent to the LGBT community. As a shelter, they will provide a safe place of residence for people within the LGBT community.
Philly AIDS Thrift - 501c3 tax-exempt charitable organization who distributes proceeds to local organizations involved in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Philly AIDS Thrift provides free store vouchers to Philly area HIV/AIDS service providers for distribution to clients in need of clothing assistance and household necessities.

After the auction we have two great afterparties. The Bike Stop, located on Quince Street has been our official after party for the last five years. If you want something a bit different our official after play party, The Aviary, is taking place at the William Way Center located at 1315 Spruce Street just two blocks away.
We have partnered with The Aviary and are selling discounted joint tickets. $30 will get you entrance to both parties during the evening. The Aviary runs late into the night so head on over and try out any new goodies you may have won during the auction.
Our Pre-event dinner has changed locations. We are now at The Tavern located in the downstairs of Tavern on Camac (TOC) 243 S Camac Street Philadelphia. This venue is less then one block to our main venue Voyeur located at 1221 Saint James Street. Due to the intimacy of the space we will only be selling 30 tickets to the dinner and they will only be sold in combination with Philadelphia Leather Pride Night tickets. Dinner and PLPN combo tickets will be $35.
Our featured speakers are 2014 International Mr Leather Ramien from Washington DC and 2014 International Ms Leather Patty from Toronto. Come hear about the history and lives of our International titleholders followed by a Q&A facilitated by Toni Solenne. Toni is one of the top facilitators in our community recently heading up the International Leather Panel at the Leather Leadership Conference.
