The hour long garden workshop and tour is a walking/tasting tour and class led by Roberta's gardener. Guests will be guided through Roberta's kitchen garden, as the gardener covers topics such as the history of the garden, what produce is in season, and how it is used in the restaurant.
After the interactive tour, guests will actually start growing their own baby salad greens! The workshop will cover what varieties of baby greens are used in Roberta's white and green pizza and teach guests how to grow those greens so they can put them on their pizzas at home.
All guests will go home with their own baby salad green pots and will be able to enjoy one complimentary beer during or after the workshop (if they are of age).
