Chiaroscuro with Yura Adams

Painters delve into the deep variations of light and shade in a canvas in order to enhance dramatic effect. Working with a model and still life, students learn techniques to combine tints of chiaro (bright) and shades of oscuro (dark) in a picture and to recognize and achieve profound value differences in their work. All media invited.
