John Bloomfield
John Bloomfield Saturday, November 1, 2014, 7pm $25 ($22 Members), includes a post-performance reception with the artist. Proceeds to benefit the Hudson Opera House's music programs for young people.
Known for training piano virtuosos at the Golandsky Institute, which he co-founded, award-winning solo and chamber pianist John Bloomfield comes to the Opera House's intimate West Room to give a rare performance of work by Domenico Scarlatti (1685-1757), Joseph Haydn (1732-1809), Frédéric Chopin (1810-1849), and Johannes Brahms (1833-1897).
