Propagating California Native and Drought Tolerant Plants with the Theodore Payne Foundation's Madena Asbell and Tim Becker
Saturday, November 8th, 9am - noon
Learn basic skills of vegetative propagation with TPF nursery staff at the Huntington Ranch Garden. Various species of native and perennial plants will be discussed and started from cuttings in this hands-on session, and you'll leave with a flat of cuttings for your own garden!
Madena is TPF's Director of Horticulture. Tim is TPF's Nursery Manager.
All materials provided.
Limit: 10 participants. Preregistration is strongly recommended due to limited space. It is The Ranch's policy to keep classes an intimate size to make your 'hands-on' learning experience more enjoyable.
This class is part of the Huntington Ranch's "Ecosystem-Based Gardening Workshop Series" and is intended for the Advanced Gardener.
