Kicking off our fall and winter series of classes on Fermentation with the author of "The Everyday Fermentation Handbook" and host of popular podcast FermUp- Branden Byers and special guest Eric Brusewitz from The Great Dane Brewery. Class number one will focus on Beer, Bread Fermentation and Pickling Seasonal Vegetables for use all fall and winter long!!
