PART OF HANDMADE WORLDS: A FESTIVAL OF PUPPET THEATRE (For more information about all the festival activities, go to www.handmadeworlds.org)
An in-depth exploration of the mystical origins of puppetry: Join us as we peer through the shadows of antiquity and ask "Who were the first puppeteers?" and "How and why did such a curious art form begin?" Often we tip our hat to the ancient animistic roots of our craft and quickly move on. Let's linger and go deeper down the rabbit hole! Part performance-lecture, part hands-on, participatory workshop--Plus surprises!
(Maximum 25 participants)
