Carousel Concerts presents Broadway, Now and Then, a Multimedia Music Review featuring baritone Doug Webster and friends.
Join us for a thematic celebration of The Old Church and Broadway over the four decades. Doug Webster and Friends takes us on a multimedia musical voyage that began in 1968 when The Old Church was saved from the wrecking ball. Prepare to be delighted!
Doug Webster has performed in forty-six of the United States and throughout Europe as soloist with symphony orchestras, operas and in solo recital. As an actor, he has appeared on Broadway, National tour and in regional theater. He has received the Portland Drammy Award for Best Actor in a Musical (Les Misérables) and the Phoenix Theatre Encore Award for Best Actor (Les Misérables).
His first recording was singing Prince Charming on the Grammy-nominated A Disney Spectacular with the Cincinnati Pops for Telarc Records.
