Candide was playing on Broadway, the Supreme Court ruled to outlaw segregation on bues, the Hungarian people revolted against tyranny and a son of an immigrant lead America's top music conservatory. This was all taking place 50 years ago. Join conductor Brian S. Wilson as the Sonoma State University Wind Ensemble performs Leonard Bernstein's Candide Suite, Mark Camphouse's A Movement for Rosa, Brahms, Persichetti, and Copeland.
