Polite Provisions Spirits Society
Join us for a very special Spirit Society class featuring San Francisco star bartender Ryan Fitzgerald. After helping build the seminal bar programs at Bourbon & Branch and Beretta, Fitzgerald now owns his own bar, ABV. When he is not behind the bar, he travels the US spreading the Mezcal gospel as the Del Maguey Brand Ambassador. Learn how to mix up drinks like the pros with this two hour, hands-on introduction to agave basics. Attendees will learn how to measure, shake, stir and pour drinks at their own individual work stations. Each attendee will have the opportunity to make and enjoy three agave based cocktails, all while learning about the world of tequila and Mezcal. All tools and ingredients will be provided. Attendees must be 21 years of age. Class begins at 6pm sharp, please plan on arriving ten minutes early. For more information about private classes, please email info@politeprovisions.com.
