The "Seductive Summer," from the Seductive Supper Chef. Friday, August 22nd, 6pm
Chef Traci Post believes in surprising and delighting guests with amazing, wholesome, nurturing culinary experiences that become the catalyst for relationships or the focal point of family gatherings and holiday celebrations. Which by the way, is exactly what Hand of God Wines is all about. So this seemed the perfect time for the a most perfect confluence of food, wine and love. And another VUDE event was born!
As owner and head chef of Seductive Specialty Foods Inc. and Succulent Catering Traci prepares hundreds of custom meals a month for her loyal Seductive Suppers Personal Chef clientele, bottles a popular line of specialty foods, creates dozens of unique catered culinary experiences for Seattle's most discerning hosts, and teaches simplified seductive entertaining concepts to a waiting list of aspiring home chefs. She is constantly researching and experimenting with new ingredients, sources and methods. Renowned for her boundless energy and genuine passion for teasing and pleasuring the palate, Traci launched the Seductive Dinner Party Pop-Up, which highlights the sensual nature of particular recipes and the extraordinary potential of simplified preparation and artful presentation. To date, she has done dozens of pop-ups but never at The VUDE, so we had to bring her in!
The dinner will be a 7-course, Italian inspired, seductive dinner with each course touching you (literally and figuritvely) in a unique way.
Expect to leave this table with heightened senses and a big smile on your face.
As this is a Friday, in August, remember it is warm and you will not want to wear too many clothes .
