Join certified instructor and artistic director of EDGE Youth Theatre Orion Couling as you learn the ways of the lightsaber, just like they do in the movie! Learn how to do stage combat like a real stunt person! This class takes energy, focus and the desire to move!
Perfect for the young person but great for a parent partner.
Instructor Information: Orion Couling is the foremost stage combat instructor for kids in Chicago. His has taught stage combat around the world and right here in our backyard. As a stunt man he has worked in China and taught in Eygpt. When he is not running
theatre for marginalized communities he can be found sailing Tall Ships and singing in his Irish band.
Class geared toward ages: 5-9 years, but older kids and adults welcome!
Class cost per student: $100 for one student; $125 for two; $150 for three.
Drop-in fee: $20.
