WTS is excited to present Strategically Strengthening Your Organization (Cost Effectively!). Lois Cohen, of Lois D. Cohen Associates, will present mentoring concepts to our audience that address:

What you dont know about your learning style.
The oft unconsidered factor: power dynamics in the mentor/mentee relationship.

Be prepared for an interactive program. Please bring a writing utensil, a list of any questions you might have, and an open mind. This luncheon is designed for organizations with or without a formal mentoring program, as well as those organizations looking to get to the next level. This program will benefit everyone, whether you are top management, middle management, or just simply trying to manage!
