"What Am I Chopped Liver? features two New York-based Jewish comedians: Dan Ahdoot (Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central), Scott Blakeman (Just for Laughs, Edinburgh Fringe Festival), and Lisa Geduldig at the 99-seat Grand Theater at The Producers' Club.
DAN AHDOOT went to Johns Hopkins University and graduated with honors as a pre-med student. Shortly thereafter, he decided to take the secure route and ditch medicine for comedy; his parents are still thrilled. Dan has been featured on Comedy Central's Premium Blend, was a guest at the Comedy Central South Beach Comedy Festival, and was a finalist on Season 2 of NBC's Last Comic Standing. He has written for MTV's Short Circuits, Comedy Central's Crank Yankers, and A&E's Gene Simmons Roast. His stage presence blends charm, likeability, and wit in a way that keeps crowds in stitches and at the same time, very comfortable. Dan's stand up act is based on his hilarious observations about everyday life as a young, hip kid, coupled with his upbringing as a 1st generation Jewish Iranian American in Great Neck, LI. www.danahdoot.com
