Social Hour Experience: 6:00 P.M.
Dinner, Performances and Dancing: 7:00 P.M.

Meal Options (Please indicate one per guest when purchasing your tickets.)

Rain City Surf and Turf: Grilled Beef Tenderloin served with caramelized onion Demi-glace and Grilled Salmon rubbed with pesto topped with white wine lemon butter sauce. Roasted garlic golden Yukon Mash potatoes and seasonal grilled vegetables. Green salad with candied pecans, Roma tomatoes, Bleu cheese in Balsamic honey-Dijon vinaigrette.

Vegetarian Option: Cheese Eggplant Napoleons layered with sautéed spinach, grilled mushrooms, caramelized onions, roasted peppers and Marinara topped with fresh Mozzarella.
