ABOUT THE BAND:
For the past 28 years, FUNK FILHARMONIK, has been a magnet for music lovers and fellow musicians of all stripes in the NY Metropolitan area. The music speaks for itself when they cover bands like 'Tower of Power', 'Earth Wind & Fire' as well as their own arrangements from FUNK FILHARMONIK'S CD entitled 'Everybody Get Down'. The jovial camaraderie that exudes from the stage is contagious. They are known to surprise audiences with a spontaneous tune, arrangement and special guests. FUNK FILHARMONIK'S performances have become a rare occurrence due to their collective and individual touring schedules with: Diana Ross, Marc Anthony, The Original Blues Brothers Band, Huey Lewis, Live at Daryl's House, Joan Osborne, The Young Presidents, Richard Bona, Robert Davi, Michael Cavanaugh, as well as Broadway and Off Broadway Musicals. This is must see band & performance!

K.J. Farrell's is Nassau County's premier Live Music Venue, offering Long Islander's a chance to listen to premier local/regional bands in an intimate setting.
