ROCKY HORROR RETURNS TO MILL AVENUE! (And Repo Too!)
Yes, its true! No joke! Its the double feature news youve waited for all summer!
Three months after the closure of Chandler Cinemas (more on that later) and over TEN LONG YEARS after its last public showing in downtown Tempe ten years in which the show wandered from theatre to theatre and was often homeless THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW is finally going home to Mill Avenue!
And its our birthday, too!
Join COME AS YOU ARE in celebrating three years of midnight madness as we finally bring ROCKY back where it belongs. Our show will feature everything ROCKY is known for live stage cast, audience participation, and of course, VIRGIN SACRIFICE!
Plus, in celebration of back-to-school, we will also host OUR LAST NAUGHTY SCHOOLGIRL CONTEST of the year!
Also, in honor of ROCKYs history on Mill Avenue, we are planning a few special surprises!
BUT WAIT! Just for kicks, were bringing along for the ride our OTHER favorite gothic rock & roll musical, REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA also with full live stage cast!
And finally, because we love you, were presenting a special LIVE DRAG SHOW in between the movies, FREE with your ROCKY and/or REPO admission!
Its all happening as part of TRASH CITYS BLACK FRIDAY CELEBRATION, on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18TH at THE MADCAP THEATRE (formerly Centerpoint) in Tempe, on Mill Avenuea street BRIMMING with local ROCKY history and legend, from the 70s through the 90s! So don't dream it, BE it, Come do the time warp and let the NEW legends begin!
These shows WILL sell out! Advance tickets not available so ARRIVE EARLY! PROP BAGS (containing everything you need for a happy ROCKY experience) will be available for sale at the show!

1) This is our FIRST show back; it will not be our last! We are planning another double feature in October and if all goes well we **MIGHT** be there even more often and stay tuned for news of our upcoming HALLOWEEN SHOWS!
2) YES, we are back on Mill Avenue, however (and theres always a however), we are NOT returning to THE VALLEY ART, but rather to THE MADCAP THEATRE, aka CENTERPOINT just a few blocks south of the Valley Art, on the west side of Mill, just north of University Road.
3) We are ALWAYS looking for new cast members, so if you're interested, GET IN TOUCH WITH US!

DRESS CODE: ROCKY/REPO (or any other) costuming, lingerie, fetish gear, etc, is welcome and encouraged just keep it street legal!
