Historic Interpretations is pleased to present A Novel Entertainment Event to start your 2014 holiday season!
Join Mr. And Mrs. Fezziwig as they present their annual holiday ball, straight out of the pages of Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol", at The Reality Center in Durham, NC.
Sample a generous sideboard of 19th century delicacies and libations, and meet characters from the novel as you join in an evening of holiday merriment!
Enter the dance floor for an evening of Regency dancing to live period music. (If you don't know the dances, help will be provided - they are simple!)
Try your hand at whist, forfeits, and other historic games!
Period attire is admired, but not required. We request formal dress for those not choosing to don period costume.
You must be at least 12 years of age to attend.
