Bullitt Center Tours - Fall 2014 Schedule
The University of Washington Center for Integrated Design (CID) offers public tour of the Bullitt Center through their Discovery Commons located on the ground floor of the Bullitt Center, 1501 E. Madison. Enter on the west side of the building, adjacent to McGilvra Place Park. Tours will be lead by volunteer docents from the CID, a collaborative between the University of Washington Integrated Design Lab and the Bullitt Foundation.
Tours will begin with Exhibit 1.0 LIving Proof and will include the building's mechanical and electrical rooms, the gray water and rain water treatment systems, no-flush toilets and "irresistible" stairwell.
Tours begin at 4PM, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and 12:00 noon on Saturdays. Tours are limited to 20 people and last approximately 1 hour.

Tickets are $5 . Your support is greatly appreciated. The UW Center for Integrated Design is an educational non-profit, self sustaining organization providing building tours for a nominal fee to help offset the expenses to operate the exhibit and provide educational tours.
We are not able to offer a wait list option. You are welcome to visit The Bullitt Center exhibition space in the Discovery Commons open Tuesdays - Fridays, 1:00PM to 5:00PM and on Saturdays, noon to 5PM. In addition to the Living Proof 1.0 Exhibit about the building, there is also limited access to the back-of-house and "irresistible" stair well.
