Learn about wines from the south of France; Provence, Languedoc, and the island of Corsica, and more expertly-selected wines during the fall series of Les Vins de France. Sommelier Raphael Knapp, owner of International Vineyards, teaches this six-week course covering basics of wine tasting and production methods, the historical and cultural significance of wine in France, and vocabulary tips en franais.
