Fermenting Foods Workshop
We will walk you through the process of making your own delicious fermented food safely, you'll get to sample different types of fermented foods, and by the end of the day you will have acquired a better understanding of why live foods are so good for us. The workshop Includes a light lunch and a jar of your own fermented food to take home.
The tutor, Isabelle Redon is a trained Nutritionist and professional Chef. She has a passion for healthy eating and loves to share her enthusiasm about the healing power of food. She believes that good nutrition starts in the kitchen and that it's all about flavours, texture and taste.
