ROYAL COUSINS AT WAR (BBC WWI Documentary)
To commemorate the start of World War I, the BBC has made this documentary, ROYAL COUSINS AT WAR (2014, BBC Worldwide, 122 min. Dir. Richard Sanders.) available in the U.S. in theatres. Join us for this exclusive screening.
One of the distinguishing features of WWI was the extent to which it was a family feud: Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany, Tsar Nicholas II of Russia and King George V of England were all cousins. This documentary offers a fascinating account of three lives - whose convoluted relationships helped fuel the Great War. This program is free to the public - first come, first served - with a suggested donation of $8 to help cover expenses.
In our 80 seat Spielberg Theatre.
