Story Development: Student Filmmaker Workshop
Story Development: Student Filmmakers Workshop OPEN TO ALL HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS
IFP/PHX OFFERS THREE ONE-DAY WORKSHOPS DESIGNED FOR STUDENT FILMMAKERS. This fall, the non-profit group IFP/Phoenix will sponsor the latest in its continuing educational workshops for student filmmakers. These classes were created to give student filmmakers in both middle school and high school the tools needed to produce a short film for the Arizona Student Film Festival.
This workshop is the first in the series and takes place on Saturday, October 7. This class mainly focuses on story development and screenplay writing, developing good characters, a good plot and fitting it into screenplay format and length. This workshop will help students develop their ideas into screenplays.
Discount offered for students who sign up for all 3 classes at a rate of $30. Pre-registration is required for each class.
