CANCELLED: The Botany of Beer: Belgian Brew
CANCELLED
Join Brad Owen from the Art Institute of California and learn about the tradition of Belgian beer which started during the French revolution when monastic orders were fleeing France and landing in Belgium. This class will include an in depth lecture and tasting as students experience different beer styles, including the revered trappist beers as well as modern, cutting edge producers of the Belgium brewing tradition.
