Photography Basics 1
Shoot in Manual Mode Like a Boss You have an expensive camera but don't know how to use it. You use your camera but want to take more interesting pictures. You are your family's historian but no one seems to like their picture taken. You can't remember anything from your film days of shooting and need a refresher.
Sound like you? It's okay, I've got you covered. In this class, we'll tackle one of the three pillars of making great pictures: exposing the shot. You'll leave shooting in manual mode or the class is free. The other two pillars, composing and editing, are offered in a separate class you can find here.
What you'll need:
A DSLR camera (please, no point and shoot cameras). Quality, inexpensive refurbished cameras can usually be had for less than $200. Check out B&H Photo/Video or check out Robi's Camera Center in Lakewood.
Please note, this class includes walking up to two miles and may encounter hills and weather. Pleases wear good walking shoes, bring a water bottle and rain gear, if needed.
