Since their formation in 2007, DESOLATED have grown into one of the most fearsome prospects the UK has to offer.
With a legion of crazed pit soldiers at their behest, DESOLATED have gained a palpable notoriety for their uncompromisingly violent sound and the resultant carnage that follows when they bring that very sound to the live circuit.
Undoubtedly one of the most devastatingly heavy acts on the UK Hardcore circuit, every offering the band produce is more crushing than the last.
Their early releases (2009's 'Bearing The New Day' and 2010's full length 'The Birth Of Corruption') was unmistakeably DESOLATED, but had a more Metallic edge to the sound, showing the influences of the likes of bands like Sepultura and the dark atmospherics of the Florida Death Metal era.
It wasn't until 2012's 'Verse Of Judas' offering that eyes began falling on the band from outside the UK and the word spread like wildfire...2013's EP 'Disorder Of Mind' stamped the band as a genuine heavyweight and the band were then picked up by THE ARTERY FOUNDATION for management.

This EP was launched with the huge track 'Death By My Side' featuring ASTROID BOYS (and has now become a live favourite).

Having announced a 7" entitled 'Fear Of Life' as the next new offering on its way, huge anticipation is now in place for the next forthcoming full length, scheduled for a Spring 2015 release.

2014 sees DESOLATED sign with SOAR/Century Media Records for the world excluding the USA/Canada.
The band's official statement for the signing went as follows:
'It's rad to have a label that actually understands what we want to do when it comes to our next record; I like the people that run it and support what they are doing. Our new record will be out next year via Century/Siege and it will be the heaviest record we have ever done. Peace and love, Richy - Desolated
The band's forthcoming full length is set for a tentative release of Spring 2015.
