ABOUT AJAY REDDY
AJAY REDDYAjay Reddy has been helping IT teams and organizations improve their operations for many years as a consultant / coach and through his contributions as chief product architect for ScrumDo.com (a cloud-based project management tool for Scrum teams).
Ajay successfully employed Scrumban to help enterprises more effectively adopt and scale Scrum to realize sustainable business outcomes, and his book on these experiences is scheduled for publication later this summer. He led creation of the getScrumban Game to accelerate the learning of key principles for individuals interested in employing Scrumban in their environments.
Ajay is founder of Code Genesys (a Boston-based, Agile Solutions Boutique), co-founder of ScrumDo.com, and a former Associate with David J. Anderson & Associates (father of the Kanban Method).
SCRUMBAN: SCRUM + KANBAN
Scrum is a highly effective framework for managing complex software development. Though simple to understand, it's difficult to master, with the effectiveness of many of the mechanisms it relies upon to optimize the process driven by overall team maturity.
Scrumban represents a layering of the Kanban Method within a Scrum context, complementing it with a variety of new metrics, visualization and management techniques. Our presentation will walk participants through common evolutions in thinking, process and management that teams and organizations experience when using Scrumban to improve their mastery of the Scrum framework.

There are no refunds for paid events. No audio or video recording permitted. Recording of video and/or audio is grounds for revoking your authorization to attend. You may take pictures. You are required to show up ready to have loads of FUN and engage in lots of LEARNING with lots of other very curious, fun-loving people. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this meeting (hereafter the Event), you are explicitly authorizing us to capture pictures, video, and audio recordings of your image and voice and to use these recordings in promotion of our events. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you are agreeing explicitly to indemnify and hold harmless the following parties from any and all claims, including but not limited to any loss, damage, or legal liability related to attendance: a) the venue provider, b) the event promoters, c) anyone and everyone else even remotely associated with the execution of the Event event in any way, whatsoever. The Event promoter reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke admittance to anyone at any time, subject only to refunding within 30 days any dollar price paid for said admittance.
