West End Players Guild presents Mr. Marmalade
West End Players Guild proudly presents a St. Louis premiere Mr. Marmalade by Noah Haidle. Four-year-old Lucy's imaginary friend, Mr. Marmalade, has a cocaine habit, a penchant for sex toys and an anger management problem. Lucy's real live friends are kind of a mess too. This very clever, very black comedy is about what it takes to grow up in difficult times. Directed by Steve Callahan.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to construction on the first floor of the building in our normal lobby area, for this show only patrons must enter through the Chapel door on the north side of the church, facing Enright Avenue. Park as usual in the free lot behind the church; the Chapel entrance is just around the corner of the building to your left. This entrance is NOT wheelchair accessible; if you need accessible access just let the box office manager know at the door, and he will arrange to escort you through an accessible entrance. GOOD NEWS: Part of the construction project is a NEW HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM that we all will enjoy beginning next season.
