Slow Food Kansas City Presents Just-Off-The-Vine Tomato Dinner
Let's celebrate summer tomatoes with a glass of wine and a delicious chef-lead event! Chef Jasper Mirabile of Jasper's Restaurant will be preparing and serving a menu of Gazpacho, Fresh Mozzarella, Summer Pasta and finishing with a Ricotta and Tomato Tart. We'll tour the vineyard and the Slow Food Ark of Taste Gardens and you'll walk away with recipes and an understanding of our great local tomato varieties. It will be an evening to savor and relax.
