An evening of unusually good stories and refreshments.
The Grownup Lady Story Company, with hostess and special guest storyteller Mary Hooper, will tell funny true stories for grown-up ladies and gents at Mary's home in beautiful Houston, Texas, on Saturday, August 23, 2014. With live pre-show piano music, courtesy of Michael Mertz!
Doors open at 7:30 pm and the show starts at 8:00.

THE GROWNUP LADY STORY COMPANY is Rebecca Beegle and Annie La Ganga, two extraordinary hostesses and accomplished performers who put on warm and often hilarious storytelling events in private homes as well as traditional (and nontraditional) theatrical venues. We also teach monthly storytelling workshops and provide story consulting to businesses and nonprofit organizations.
MARY HOOPER has enjoyed performing in various Houston venues for over 35 years. She is excited to explore a new medium, storytelling.
