Rough Draft Brewing Beer Dinner
Sessions Public is putting on a Belgian inspired dinner with one of our favorite local breweries, Rough Draft. For $45 you get four courses and a 2nd anniversary commemorative glass from Rough Draft. Courses and beers are as follows:
1st Course
Belgian Endive stuffed with Proscuitto, roasted red peppers and Balsamic glaze.
Paired with Rough Draft Saison
2nd Course
Vol-Au-Vent "Belgian Pot Pie"
Beer braised chicken with wild mushroom gravy
Paired with Emboozlement Tripel
3rd Course
Belgian Waffle Bread Pudding with Bacon and Maple
Paired with Belgian Vanilla Stout on Nitro
4th Course
Artisan Cheese Pairing
Paired with 2nd Draft Belgian Strong Ale with Manhattan Spices
