Wheat, Wine & Wild Salmon Dinner
Join the 3rd annual dinner of wild salmon and locally produced Slow Food Ark of Taste foods, deliciously prepared by Chef Dave Hill. Non-profit groups Save Our Wild Salmon, Trout Unlimited and Slow Food Spokane River bring you yet another chapter in the story of wild salmon and steelhead preservation efforts in the Inland NW.
Every year a new menu, every year a new part of the compelling story to restore wild salmon runs in the Snake River basin. This year, Jerry White shares incredible pre-dam images of fertile farmland that populated the shoreline alongside fisheries. And, several voices update us on new developments since the Obama Administration has begun to evaluate the issue.
Delicious & informative. Compelling & relaxing. Important for you, important for wild salmon, important for the greater health of the ecosystem they serve.
Thank you for your support. This annual fundraiser benefits the significant work of all three hosting organizations. $45/person, includes one glass of highlighted wine or beer.
Arrive hungry, arrive thirsty, arrive ready to help make a difference.
