An Evening with Lena Dunham
"There is nothing gutsier to me than a person announcing that their story is one that deserves to be told," writes Lena Dunham. And in her first book, a collection of hilarious, smart, and heartbreakingly honest personal essays reminiscent of works by David Sedaris and Nora Ephron, Dunham not only proves her fearlessness, but her place as one of the brightest and most original literary voices of today. With Dunham quickly jumping to the top of our list of writers we'd love to grab coffee with and talk to for hours, we can't wait to have her with us to introduce Not That Kind of Girl at a special reading and conversation with the talented writer herself. Joining Dunham to present their own works will be her friend and fellow writer, Ashley Ford, and talent from right here in the Seattle area.
