A feast for the eyes and ears! From the soulful introspection of The Lark Ascending by Vaughan Williams to the hilarious Divertissement of Jacques Ibert, this concert will delight the whole family. Dancers from the DuPage Dance Academy and narrators from First Folio Theatre will help bring the sparkling score of Carnival of the Animals to life. Rounding out the program will be Maurice Ravel's elegant tribute to Francois Couperin.
Elmhurst Dance Theatre is the resident performing company of DuPage Dance Academy entertaining audiences in the Elmhurst area for over 35 years. The EDT will be performing Carnival of the Animals under the direction of Geni Lucchesi and Jeri DiPasquale, with guest choreographer Angela D'Onofrio.
