Merrimans' Playhouse Jazz Performance Series presents the Gene Knific Trio
The Gene Knific Trio formed in Miami from musicians dedicated to creating an original voice. Their sound emanates from repertoire reaching from jazz trio classics, to chamber music, contemporary compositions, and a truly unique nexus of jazz and chamber works. As a result, they are featured at Jazz Festivals, Chamber Music Series, clubs and music education events with a profound impact.
