Sonoran Desert Chorale: Come to the Meetin' - Sun, Mar 8, 2015
The World Beloved: Bluegrass Mass by composer Carol Barnet and librettist Marisha Chamberlain, written for chorus and bluegrass ensemble including mandolin, violin, guitar, banjo, and string bass, anchors this concert. Also included in our 'Meetin' are some of the all-time favorite Spirituals arranged by William Dawson, Moses Hogan and others plus rousing foot-tapping Gospel music. Join us and experience the excitement of these rich American songs.
