How To Feed Your Friends And Not Your Frenzy -- Evelyn Cole
Does the thought of hosting a dinner party throw you into a frenzy? Do you experience barriers to enjoying intimate dinners with good friends, such as fear of deciding what to prepare and serve?
During this unusual and fun lecture, Evy will share some of her recipe collection to match up recipes that fit the event you want to have. We'll learn how to identify and overcome some other barriers to enjoying entertaining at home, how to enjoy entertaining to the fullest, and how to make a meal with less worry and bother. In other words, how to feed your friends instead of your frenzy.
During this course, we'll turn negative thoughts about dinner parties into positives.
Evelyn Cole, MC, MFA, iis a retired teacher and adjunct professor of English. She is also a poet and novelist who majored in and has experience in psychology.
