"Bonne Bell Cotton Candy Lipsmacker" is a humorous look at one of life's most poignant milestones: the first kiss.

Carolyn Doyle is a member of the Z Space Writer's Lab, Alternative Theatre Ensemble's Work-Out series and a company member of PlayGround and Rough & Tumble Theatre Company. As a writer/performer she has been seen at The Marsh, the Reading Room here at the Off-Market Theatre and the San Francisco Theatre Festival. In development is a full-length piece, "The Girlfriend's Guide to Grief" (working title), a serio-comic meditation on raising a child with special needs.

Arnie Warshaw - Hey, Santa--Give Me a Smoke

Sometimes you just don't know if doing the right thing is wrong or doing the wrong thing is right. Take a walk down grimy Mission Street on a rainy Christmas day and spend a while at the corner where compassion fatigue meets creative persistence. Trying to figure it all out might drive you crazy. Or open up your heart.

Arnie Warshaw has been doing theater on and off for 18 years. He received an MFA in dramatic writing from Humboldt State University in 1994, and has previously performed in two of his own works: XTRA LARGE: A Journey Through the Layers of Fat, and Buddha's Secret Guide to Lower Cholesterol. Hey Santa -- Give Me a Smoke was first performed in June as part of the Festival of New Voices at The Marsh and in July at Tell it on Tuesday at The Julia Morgan Theatre.
