Taste of The Hawaiian Range: Cooking Grass-Fed Beef 101
Learn how to prepare 100% grass-fed beef at a 3 p.m. culinary activity: Grass-Fed Beef 101, at the Hilton Waikoloa Village. This cooking seminar will be held a few hours before the sell-out main event, the 19th Mealani's Taste of the Hawaiian Range Food and Agricultural Festival.
This year's grass-fed beef seminar will be hosted by Peter Abarcar - Executive Chef at The Hapuna Prince Hotel, Chef Peter is a leader in using grass-fed beef (GFB) in the hospitality industry and will share his culinary experience with the product. Watch him prepare a GFB recipe and enjoy a taste of his mouth watering GFB recipe.
A casual educational experience, the fun is geared toward culinary students, media, foodies, locavores, home cooking enthusiasts and members of the food/hospitality industry.
