Dragonette Winemaker Dinner

The winemakers at Dragonette literally get their hands dirty when making their wine. Their inspiration comes from the classics and their attention to detail throughout the entire process is resulting in world class wines receiving high accolades and tons of press.

This dinner is a great opportunity to try some of their releases and chat with the winemakers themselves.

Hamachi Crudo, jalepeno infused passion fruit syrup and grapefruit. (Paired with Sauvignon Blanc)

Wild strawberry and watermelon chilled soup with Lobster medallion. (Paired with Rosé)

Seared duck breast with summer vegetables, chanterelle mushrooms and a black cherry, chanterelle infused reduction. (Paired with Pinot Noir)

Chocolate Mousse Cake with Rose Caramel and Raspberry (Paired with MJM Syrah Blend)
