VansGuard with Opening Act Israfel Awakened
VansGuard is a unique eight-piece band of socially and environmentally-conscious, activist-musicians whose original songs reflect their lives and their vision of a better future. The band features the dynamic vocals of songwriters and identical twin sisters DeleVan & SanSkritA. Their lyrics speak against injustice and promote sustainable living while their vocals emulate an ancient strength of Celtic origins. The complex and creative music of VansGuard can shift from passionate rock to ballads.
The instrumentation of VansGuard includes acoustic & electric guitars, mandolin, keyboard, trumpet, penny whistle, bass, drums, and percussion. Talented musicianship blends seamlessly to support two of the greatest singers in the world. High-powered rhythms and rock-solid instrumentation get you dancing while progressive, socially-aware lyrics get you thinking. VansGuard's activist song Syria is getting national airplay and positive responses from around the world:

Although they are twins, DeleVan & SanSkritA are very different personalities who complement each other in every way. They grew up harmonizing together and are in tune with each other like only twins can be. Their brother, Amadon, plays drums & percussion and has developed a synchronistic style of playing which upholds the vocals and fuses their melodies with rhythm and dynamics, reflecting the deep bond and soul connection he has with his sisters.
Opening band, Israfel Awakened is a female trio with heart-melting harmonies and motivating lyrics. Having grown up at Avalon Gardens, they've been singing together since the age of 6 and their voices blend like seasoned professionals. Lead singer, guitar player and songwriter Ellanora DellErba is a captivating performer ahead of her time, sharing beautiful, original ballads about working through the struggles in life with a sense of hope, friendship, love, and faith in humanity.
