Red House Live from Landmark Center- Ray Bonneville Concert

Born in French Canada and now living in Austin, Texas, Ray Bonneville is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and harmonica player. A self-described "song and groove man," he brings the rhythms and swampy feel of The Big Easy to his swampy, percussive blues. His Red House release Goin' By Feel was named one of the best CDs of 2008 by DownBeat Magazine and featured the Americana hit "I Am the Big Easy," which was the most played song on folk radio that year, and won the Folk Alliance Award for Song of the Year. Bonneville is a unique player and has performed with such blues luminaries as B.B. King, Muddy Waters, and Robert Cray. Following the success of his digital single "Mississippi," Bonneville went on to gather rave reviews for the CDs Bad Man's Blood and, in 2014, Easy Gone. A world-class musician and songwriter, it is no wonder that Bonneville has received rave reviews from blues, jazz, and roots critics alike and can count among his fans such artists as Chris Smither, Tim O'Brien, and Ray Wylie Hubbard.
Landmark Center and Red House Records' popular concert series "Red House Live from Landmark Center" returns for a fourth year in the F.K. Weyerhaeuser Auditorium at St. Paul's historic Landmark Center. Hosted by various local radio personalities, these concerts will begin at 8 pm and will be preceded by a cocktail hour at 7 pm, giving audiences an opportunity to enjoy complimentary appetizers and a cash bar. Tickets are $18 in advance and include admission to the cocktail hour.
All ticket sales are final. Seating will be assigned by Minnesota Landmarks in the order that orders are received. All tickets will be held at will-call for pick up the day of the performance. Will-call will be available at 7 pm. If you have any special seating needs or special requests, please call 651.292.3063 within 48 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate them.
