Norma Martinez-Rubin is Principal Consultant at Evaluation Focused Consulting. Her engagements ordinarily require clients to think through why they do what they do, how that fits with desirable and achievable outcomes given available resources, and more importantly, how a project or program might be measured to assess effectiveness, something often neglected in the midst of needing to fulfill service delivery. Using mixed-methods and participatory research and evaluation approaches, Norma primarily works with health and social service nonprofits by "Measuring Successes to Improve Service Quality."

John Weathington is President and CEO of Excellent Management Systems, Inc., a management consultancy that helps organizations dramatically improve efficiency and increase performance. His clients include Fortune 500
companies such as Sun Microsystems, Cisco, and eBay.
