Sundial Beach Resort & Spa presents a Screening and Sampling Event featuring the Taste Network's Real Food Real Kitchens on July 16 at 5:30 in the Sanibel-Captiva Room. Come attend the two television episode screening, meet producer Craig Chapman, and sample dishes made in the episodes, prepared by Sundial's Executive Chef, Criss Menassa.
Family, food, culture and history; these are the essence of Real Food Real Kitchens, a cooking series that goes into real kitchens of everyday people and explores one of their most cherished traditional family dishes.
Proceeds will benefit F.I.S.H., and will be donated in the name of Sundial former employee, Benjamin Posey. F.I.S.H. of Sanibel-Captiva, Inc. is a leading non-profit, non-sectarian, human services organization focused on "neighbors helping neighbors".
Admission also includes samples from local favorites Pinocchio's Original Italian Ice Cream and Geppetto's Beach Foodies, and your choice of Wicked Dolphin Artisan Rum, Point Ybel Brewing Company Beer, or a non-alcoholic beverage. A cash bar will also be available. Patrons must be 21 years of age or older to be served alcohol. Doors open at 5:15 pm.
