Punch Means Five!
As in five elements: sweet, citrus, spirit, water, and spices. It's a Hindi loanword from India, and we'll thank them for the invention as we dip cups into a giant vat of Rum Punch we make together during New York's hottest month. You'll go home knowing how to make your own version, as well as a little history on Rum and it's place in distilled spirit history. Light appetizers provided.
