DAITHI SPROULE
Daithi Sproule has been called "a seminal figure in Irish music" in The Rough Guide to Irish Music. He was one of the first proponents of the DADGAD guitar tuning for Irish music, and has played with Irish supergroup Altan since 1985. Originally from Derry in Northern Ireland, he has lived on this side of the pond for many years.
