Tasting Spanish Jamon
With experts from Fermin, a small Spanish exporting company, we will be guided through understanding how these hams are different, how they are produced, how to taste and how to slice. Included will be Iberico de Bellota or ham produced from acorn-fed hogs, Lomo or cured loins from Iberico de Bellota, and Serrano Jamon.
Our host, Alberto Solis, will provide Manzanilla Fino as a beverage accompaniment. Other snacks that accompany jamon will be served. Attendees are encouraged to bring red wine that pairs well with game.
The event is limited to 15 people.
