Foodie-to-Farm, a Feed Your Soul Event
Last year we had so many everyday people ask to join us on our annual Chef-to-Farm tour, that this year we thought we would schedule one just for you.

Departing from North Buffalo, this tour showcases some of the best agricultural endeavors in Niagara County. We will stop at T-Meadow Farm to meet Farmer Rich Tilyou, who is raising heritage breed hogs on pasture. From there we will go on to Arrowhead Spring Vineyard to meet Robin & Duncan, the palates behind some of the best wine in our region. They will walk us through their organic vineyards and treat us to a barrel sampling. The next stop is Old Fort Niagara for a late lunch featuring local produce, prepared by the notable Chef Carmelo Raimondi of Carmelos in Lewiston. After a little rest and relaxation, it is off to Tom Towers Farm for a field walk with Mr. Tower, a talented and charismatic farmer whose family has been farming in our area since the early 1800s. Mr. Towers produce is prized by many of our areas top chefs. Guests will return home well-fed, having met some of our regions greatest farmers and better understanding WNYs agricultural bounty.

This tour is sponsored by Edible Buffalo Magazine. Tickets are $55 per person for a day-long excursion which includes: transportation, a delicious lunch, informational packet and tours guided by the farmers themselves.
