Jackson Heights Walking Food Tour
The Historical Garden district of Jackson heights is a truly multi-cultural community made up of people from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Tibet Thailand as well as the Latino community.
NYWCA member, chef and local resident Surbhi Sahni will take you on a guided walking tour of specialty shops, exploring spices, artisan treats and a sampling of snacks from India, Nepal, Mexico and Columbia. The tour will also give you the opportunity to check out stores selling artifacts and amazing fabric stores. Join us for a truly delicious and global afternoon!
