Food from the Farm

Join Slow Food Upstate at the Walker Century Farm in Anderson for a Slow down dinner from local farm food.
The annual members meeting-FREE-will begin at 3:00 pm and last a brief 45 min. so we move to more important matters!

Dinner will be prepared by Tandy Wickiser, of Hob Nob Events, and there will be an optional wine tasting with Renato Vicario, enologist creating all natural wines from Italy.

Tomato and Watermelon Gazpacho with shaved gouda
Sweet and Spicy Cucumber Noodles
Goat Cheese stuffed figs with bacon and honey glazed pecans
Spicy Beef Empanadas with dipping sauce
Balsamic Glazed grilled peaches with Mascarpone Cream and Cinnamon
